  • Spend about 4.5 hours here to read everything in detail but if you wanted to go through it quickly you can spend about two hours here without giving up on quality of experience. No operable credit...

  • Despite the old and dated displays, the Livingstone Museum does have a wealth of local material that is exhibited to explain human development in Zambia over the last few thousand years without the incursion of Christian fervour. The best part of the Museum display covers the use of magic and charms that used to be more widespread in the culture before the mass spread of Christianity. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Livingstone town and looking for some cultural activities.
  • One of the more obvious and Standout tourist places to visit whenever you are in Livingstone. The place is neatly and well curated has different sections to it, All chronicling the History of Zambia right from the stone age and not forgetting the arrival of the colonialists, slavery days, struggle for independence all right up to present day Zambia. They have this really amazing and cool village setup/section where trust me if they were to open at night and you were walking through you would think you were in a set for the Night at the Museum Movie. The human and animal props are so realistic, thanks to the lighting and even the artificial fire that they have is so realistic or maybe it was actual fire. I would encourage anyone to visit the places and for the superstitious try and stay away from the witchcraft section. It is $5 per adult if you are not from Zambia and 15 Kwacha if you are a local. Good Place to be or for a date.
  • Had a great time learning about our history with all the tourist destinations in Livingstone. The guide was exquisite, she was well composed, confident and understood her duty.
  • A very exciting place to visit. A good informative centre about the country. Naturally appearing stalls. Had a feeling of having had entered the stone age. Such a natural and exiting surrounding prevalence.
  • Livingstone, Zambia/ Great exhibition but needs good indoors lighting systems..as it is very Dark in some exhibition rooms..in particular the space where the History of a person Livingstone and his expeditions occurred .
