  • After visit big Jesus statue, maybe u might interested to come here for Mary with baby Jesus statue. Besides, there is a huge cross on top of the hill.
  • there is a big cross on the top. It is tired to get to there but it's beautiful there.
  • The Mary and Baby Jesus Statue (Duc me Bai Dau means Mary of Bai Dau - Bai Dau is the name of this place) is located at Big Mountain along Tran Phu Str and is a peaceful and serene place for a visit. Do drop by the church (Church of Our Lady of Bai Dau Church aka Nha Tho Bai Dau) which is quite deserted during the weekdays. There are also the 14 Stations of the Cross built along the hillside which makes a very meaningful walk for Catholics. Right at the top of Big Mountain is a white cross which can be reached by following a small footpath (if you can call it a footpath at all!) up the slope. The view is great at the top. Be prepared to sweat it out though - it's not an easy climb and there are some rocky obstacles to overcome.
