Love Waterfall, Sapa

4.1
#3 of 6 in Parks in Sapa
Legendary bathing place of the fairies, Love Waterfall rises like a sparkling pyramid of light from a lush bamboo forest speckled with red, white, and yellow rhododendron flowers. The waterfall is attached to a legendary love story of a heavenly fairy, which turned into a bird in order to stay close to her lover--a young flute player. Follow a dirt road through a pristine forest to reach the base of the waterfall. Watch the body of water stumbling down from the peak of a mountain and streaming over golden rocks between plots of green grass and mossy bamboo clusters. For travelers who use our custom trip planner, Sapa holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Love Waterfall and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • Its just a water fall walk to the other side of the road and take a pic. A man will walk in your way so you need to be quick  more »
  • In the car, it takes 5,000 Vietnamese dong for 7 yuan, and the ticket looks like 7 Vietnamese rupiah (Taiwan Dollar 98). The trail is very quiet and comfortable, but there is no living creature. Please be sure to follow the love waterfall Mark to the end, because the waterfall is really beautiful! The pressure fell on the nearby silver waterfall. There are few ethnic residents in the trafficking sell fruit, price cheap, very delicious! Recommended small oranges!

  • Very nice visit from Sapa (around 45 min to get there by motorbike) From the entrance to the waterfall you will have to walk for 1 km,most of it uphill. Anyway, a cool waterfall when you can take several pictures (or take a bath if it is hot enough)
  • 70k to get in, pretty uneven and tiring long walk to get to the main waterfall, with random buffalo droppings. Walk isn't too suitable for the elderly and children as it traverses extremely steep and perilously slippery in some places. But will be met by a beautiful waterfall.
  • 70k dong to get in. Spend 1hr here. Nice walk a lot of steps though. Random buffalo running around. Highlight at the end if the path is the love waterfall, not many tourists and looks magnificent. To get there: motorbike 20mins ride from sapa town
  • 70k VND to the park rangers in the booth for a 1km walk down a steep uneven stonework pathway to see a mediocre pebble stream and a mediocre waterfall. Water buffalo and picturesque house on the way. Suggest use energy to climb the stone steps to the free lookout beside the entrance gate.
  • Very beautiful place to visit and breath taking view just be ready to walk a lot lol
