Where to stay in Phan Thiet

The coastline of Phan Thiet really is lined with resorts and hotels. These beachside retreats feature a range of amenities, including private beaches, spas, swimming pools, bars, restaurants, and more. A couple of options overlook the more secluded bays along the shoreline, and those perched atop bluffs boast particularly extensive views of the coast. Alternatively, explore a number of simpler options along the main beach road, including homestays and hostels.

  • Dont expected classic western zoo's, but you can see some animals which you probably wouldn't like to meet in the wild. All of them looked in good shape, but they are still on chain or in cage...  more »
  • Absolutly disgusting how they keep the animals here. They class it as a zoo but there was a monkey that was chained up to an extreamly short chain. Was also very skinny. I understand people need to ma...  more »
  • Went here this morning, all looks fine and dandy when you arrive. There's a nice seating area where you can have a drink, or a path where you can walk into the fairy stream. However when turning left ...  more »

  • If you happen to be visiting the Fairy Stream, the Vita Garden cafe with the zoo is a nice stop on the return trip. The zoo itself is a small collection of animals in the yard behind the cafe. There are a handful of birds, a couple monkeys, a couple crocodiles, a small and large python, a porcupine, some rabbits, and some colorful carp. This is not a petting zoo. I wouldn't necessarily make the zoo a planned goal (unless you have small children who like animals), but as a bonus to a quiet place near the end of a visit to the Fairy Stream to relax and use free wifi, it is just fine.
  • Decent prices considering where it is. The zoo is tacky though.
  • The cliffs at the end of the stream are pretty but not overly so. There's a steep path for u to climb up the sides to carve your name!
  • Amazing view, great experiences no words can describe.
  • Nice for a walk with good views. Don't pay the pushy guy at the entrance 5,000ð to look after your flip flops
