Suoi Do Pagoda, Nha Trang
(4.4/5 based on 60+ reviews on the web)
Sitting proudly in the mountain at Suoi Hiep Commune, Suoi Do Pagoda. Visiting here provides scenic views of the valleys and rice fields. Built in honor of Quan Am, the Chinese Goddess of Mercy and makes it an integral landmark to visit especially because of the Buddhist history in the coastal town. Stroll around and feel free to speak to the monks if they are not meditating. On the 15th day of the month the pagoda is full of worshippers where visitors can enjoy a delicious vegetarian meal. • This peaceful pagoda is only a few kilometres away from the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang. It is off the beaten track and not really advertised as a tourist sight, but go there, climb the 200 or so s...  more »
  • The incredible beauty of the pagoda with its beautiful impressive size Golden Guanyin, for Buddhists, as our family, an exciting spectacle. At the bottom there is a cellar where you can clear the Karma and upstairs a Bell, to which you attach a piece of paper with your desires, and they will come true.
