Take a short tour of National Oceanographic Museum of Vietnam to discover the diversity of marine life in the area. Established in 1922, the museum is situated in a grandiose French-style building from the colonial era. On the first floor of the museum you can admire an array of local fish, turtles, sea horses, seals, and other aquatic species. Go upstairs to view a whale skeleton, fishing and boating relics, stuffed marine animals, and rare specimens preserved in formaldehyde. National Oceanographic Museum of Vietnam is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our custom trip planner, Nha Trang Edition.

  • Read reviews and alternate polarity thought ride or not. Came and donated. You can get there by bus No. 4 in the direction of Vinperla. Input 40000 vnd. Visited different Oceanariums and better and worse. This exhibit is large enough and interesting. Many beautiful fish. Interesting collection zaspirtovannyh sea creatures. In general do not feel sorry for the wasted time! Mostly filmed video so photo scarce.

  • Compared to the aquarium in Nha Park he significantly loses. But it is interesting in that it is on the basis of the Institute of Oceanography, and there are a lot of historical material, especially surprised with preserved store drugs.

  • This is a sad place for the animals. Tanks are way too small for the sharks, turtles and rats... There is even a seal who is trapped into a small tank Would avoid  more »

  • Well maintained. They have posted informative signs on each of the fish tanks in Vietnamese, English and Russian.
  • A lot of Ocean stuffs to see and learn for every people. Entrance fee is very cheap compare to other countries ocean museum.
  • Worth to come, see sea creatures closely
  • Went there on a bus alone. Child 5 years went free, and with adults-Lee 25 whether 30 thousand vnd. The child satisfied. This is not Dubai or Spain. But for a child who has never seen so many animals was very interesting, still remembers. In the pool were colored fishes, as well sharks and large turtles. Within the same lot of small aquariums with fish. Those who have been in steep gardens do not advise to be disappointed. It is primarily a museum rather than a giant Aquarium, as in other countries

  • There is something to see. I liked the show, where a few aquariums are presented a curious fish and it is given from a description of their features. Large halls with preserved, dried, etc. Marine zhivotinami-on the fan.
