Waterfall Nature / Park
Enjoy pristine nature at Pongour Falls, a popular tourist destination and place for many religious festivities. Dropping across a cascade from 40 m (131 ft), the water pours over a layered and terraced wall of rock which reduces its force making the scene look tame and poetic. According to a legend the waterfall silky streams were once hair of a beautiful beast tamer and slabs of rock were fossilized horns of her four obedient white rhinos. The waterfall stretches some 100 m (328 ft) amidst lush greenery and cicada sounds. Observe the falls from a restored royal pavilion if you do not want to walk. • 50 km from Dalat, so it's pretty far to go there by motorbike. Such a cool ride though :) and the falls are absolutely worth it. We combined it with the elephant falls. Make it a daytrip and make sure...  more »
  • This is 100% the best waterfall in Vietnam! It's quite far from Da Lat but we rented a car with a driver and it was worth it! The waterfall and the surroundings are simply amazing! It's not that diffi...  more »

  • One of the best Waterfalls in Vietnam. Never crowded, not much garbage. There are usually locals here picnicking and like to share drinks and food with foreigners. There are steep steps to get down to see the falls. Cold drinks and food stand at the bottom. Serviced washrooms.
  • Beautiful scenery with natural stepping stones for you to play "floor is lava". Or you can use the bridge if you don't feel like playing.
  • Really nice place. Not so crowded, amazing views and you can swim. There're all kind of services there like a small shop and restaurant.
  • Very beautiful waterfall! We went with Easy Rider to these waterfalls and it was an absolute blast! We also stopped at a couple other places. I would highly recommend a visit!
  • Great waterfall. You have to pay 10 000 per person for entry and another 5 000 for your bike. However the falls are spectacular and definitely worth the price. The drive from Da Lat is also great, once you get off the main road! Highly recommended!
