VM Travel, Hue

This was for a trip from Hoi An to Hue via My Son and Hai Van Pass. The driver was extremely punctual and the car was great. The trip was fine, with two exceptions: First, the driver didn't stop until the peak of Hai van, despite our request. We were looking forward to stopping at multiple points of the pass to take pictures, but that didn't happen. When we got to the top, there were two busses full of tourists just arriving and crowded the view. The view itself from up there isn't great. Finally, the lunch. Perhaps the worst I had in the whole of Vietnam. Basically, it's a tourist trap where all the other tours go. They mention you can go elsewhere, so do your research beforehand. Also, they only accept cash, unlike discussed previously.

Our driver Loc Nguyen, was excellent! He was very informative, answering our questions and providing background information about Vietnam. He is a very calm, safe driver. No excessive honking! It was a peaceful, beautiful drive. We appreciate his recommendations.

A friend of us in Vietnam arranged the trip for us from Hue to Da Nang, the driver/tour guide Minh did a very good job. We really enjoyed the journey. Thanks to Minh and VM Travel.

I book privat English speaking driver for tour to My Son and Golden Bridge. They send me a Grab car with driver who don't speak English. So he didn't know how to tell me where he will wait for me, was just wondering around and looking for him. Very unsafe driver, make me feel uncomfortable. On the way back he just said Police and turn around in middle of the street, so i guess he did not have a driver's license or something even worse. So just skip this company, and download Grab app, it will be much cheaper, or let them call you a Grab taxi for 85$.

Hired a car from hue to hui an. Received fantastic service. Driver Luise is really good, speaking perfect English, very knowledgeable. We are very happy! Highly recommend!
