  • 7 km south of Hué, take a scooter for half a day, as the taxi, could return you to 400 k - 500 k the return/go/detour... Or even for the more sporty bike... The road is in good condition you risk nothing on this side here. You will pass their countless cemeteries... At the temple, the entry will be 30 k vnd. By entering you will notice the absence of tourists, it is very beautiful, surrounded by trees in the forest... Not a sound except for the sound of the Bell... For the more adventurous, back up the road for about 30 minutes to feet and you will be on the Bell!

  • What serenity! Little tourist place (we were alone!). Staircase leading to the pagoda absolutely extraordinary, framed with two gigantic dragons. For the more adventurous, go to the top of the Hill, to see the Bell Tower. With a little luck, you'll see a monk to ring the Bell, said Bell of peace, at more or less regular intervals. Very "zen"

  • Found my Nirvana here, rang the Peace Bell and had the most serene lovely time. Went early and was the only tourist there.  more »
