  • Danny was superb, entertaining and informative and taught us so much including sustainability. We got involved in soil preparation, planting seedlings etc before getting involved in cooking. The highlight of our week in Hoi An.
  • Perfect food, beautiful surroundings, great service! Calm, peaceful, extremely clean and delicious. Highly recommended.
  • Chef Danny and his family runs a great cooking class. The food we cooked was so good I reckon we could have gotten a five star review from visiting patrons. The ban xao we made ended up tasting better than the ones we ordered from Morning Glory for dinner the night before. I think the key to it all are the fresh, local produce that they use for all the dishes we made. If chef Danny can get me to make ban xao's better than one of the most popular restaurants in Hoi An, imagine how good the food would be if you come in for lunch or dinner and have his family cook for you :D
  • Beautifully presented, homemade, absolutely delicious food in a lovely tranquil open air setting where you sit amongst the vegetable gardens. If you're staying in Hoi An, don't bother with a tour; just jump on a bicycle and visit this place for lunch! This is real Vietnam
