Historic Site Tourist Spot
At Kim Bong Carpentry Village, watch skillful artisans working on intricate pieces of furniture, religious statues, and traditional fishing boats, exactly the way their predecessors worked hundreds of years ago. Since Hoi An was listed as a World Heritage Site, many carpenters from the village have found work on restoration projects. Where to stay in Hoi An

While Hoi An offers a good selection of sleeping options in all price categories, only a few of them lie in the old town, probably the city's most popular tourist area. To stay near this historic neighborhood, look for hotels in the surrounding streets, especially Ba Trieu and Hai Ba Trung. If you can, look for rooms in the evening, when many budget hotels try to fill up by offering deep discounts. For the best choices and bargains, reserve as early as possible.
