  • Amid coronavirus concerns there are many tours canceled and tour companies closed. However Mr Cu is still running his cooking tour and I am so glad!!! I was hoping to do the bike and village...

  • Loved it! We did the fishing/farming tour on bicycles. Mr. Cu was a great guide, full of information and jokes. The tour was a little bit of everything - farming, quick market ride, round boat riding, fishing for crabs, cooking (made rice milk and Hoi An pancakes) and finally eating...yummy feast! My favourite part was the farming, where we got to plow and plant in a rice field. It was an amazing introduction to village experience. Some parts were a bit cheesy/touristy like the boat ride on the river, but it was so much fun and everyone had a great time. I loved every part of it. I highly recommend taking this memorable tour.
  • Had an amazing afternoon with Mr Cu and his family. You get to experience so many aspects of the day to day life of the local community. Rode a water buffalo. Basket boat ride and crab fishing Then a cooking class and beautiful meal cooked by his wife. Choose this tour and you will not be disappointed
  • We have just returned from a most enjoyable afternoon trip with Mr Cu. He is very sweet and has a wonderful sense of humour. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip down the river and especially the basket boat excursion. Very entertaining including learning how to catch crabs! We were then treated to a delicious meal prepared by Mrs Cu and family at their house in their village. It was such a pleasure to be able to help out some of the local people. Thoroughly recommend it.
  • This is very exciting to join the tour in Hoi an. Hoi an is nice place and nice people. I'm enjoyed with this tour, all the tour guide are excellent, they know knowledge and very good serviceđź‘Ť
  • Highly recommended!!! Suits people who are keen to see the real Vietnam and also not into "corporate" or "commercial" tours. Hoi An VIllage Experience is locally owned and operated, a family business that contributes back to the local community. You can tell the people enjoy their work, taking foreign visitors around, and are not jaded by tourism! Mr Cu is funny, and also all the boat paddlers are great! They made the boat trip in the river/canal lots of fun! Went with my husband and 8 and 9 yr old kids. We all loved it. Kids especially liked the bike ride and also the boat. The cooking class was fun too. Actually at Mr Cu's family home in country side. Please only come to do this if you are kind and open minded, and regard yourself as a guest in a foreign land. It is really lovely that Mr Cu has opened his home to welcome visitors and show them lots of things about his country and culture. If you are a demanding or rude tourist, best to stay away and spare Mr Cu and his colleagues and family of becoming jaded and sick of tourists. But if you are keen to be welcomed by some great hospitality and learn about Vietnam and its ways, then this is a great tour to do!
