  • Cool markets to browse around. Lots of handmade goods, however the leather is not always good quality. Lots of suede but it's painted and will fade over time.
  • An absolute must-see in Hoi An - particularly for the meat and fresh produce stalls. In terms of buying here to cook, or eat, the prices are rather inflated compared to other markets on the outskirts of town. The general rule here is to offer to pay half of the asking price, and eventually meet somewhere in the middle - you'll get the feel for it quickly, and these guys are used to some playful tourist bargaining.
  • Must visit "cafe Mrs Diep" for best authentic Vietnamese food experience. Beats all restaurants we have been to. Simply amazing!
  • The heart of Hoi An. The bustling local market is a great sport to visit and a great place to take photos. They sell anything and everything here. Sit down at one of the little stalls inside and try the delicious ban xao!
  • Mostly food. Cool place to eat. Many good options. Be careful not to be pressured by agressive shop owners. Many will throw menus in your face as you walk by
