Vietnam Silver House, Ho Chi Minh City

Very great experience of being a silversmith. The staff is extremely helpful, speaks excellent English. The master is very skillful and shows you every step on the way to make yourself a beautiful piece of jewellery. Highly recommended!

We went to the silver house today with our three teenagers to make jewelry. We spent over two hours there with our 19, 17, and 14-year-olds. Each person in our family made a completely different type of ring and they all came out beautifully. The staff is very friendly and patient but also allow you to participate in every step of the process. You really get to see how the jewelry is crafted from beginning to end. There are all kinds of special features like laser engraved images, initials, and gold plating. I brought a ring that I wanted to copy and the new one came out better than the original! This is an awesome experience and kept us totally captivated. Our five rings cost about $150 US which was a great deal considering the uniqueness of the experience. Call ahead to make a reservation – they speak good English.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. You can design your own silverware but they also have a large collection in their shop.

We took a silver ring making course here and it was excellent! The guides were kind and helpful and spoke perfect English and the silver experts were patient in teaching us their techniques. Definitely suggest this as a memorable activity.

Silver smithing class is a different way to experience Vietnam. Would recommend for a more creative way to spend your time in the city.
