Saigon Square 1, Ho Chi Minh City

3.5
Saigon Square 1 remains the city's top shopping destination, offering fashion, accessories, and jewelry. Beware of fakes, and remember that what seems too good to be true, probably is. The venue is usually packed with tourists and local shoppers, but it's also air-conditioned and covered, so it's much more pleasant than some of the open-air markets in the area. • This is where you can buy souvenirs, restaurants and food court. It is a good place to cool off so that effective air conditioning, of course,. Crowded, and many local residents.

  • If you are in for some wide variety and cheap Finds, this place is for you. I love the quality of there items here. The good thing about this place is that the sellers are generally polite and friendly compared to Ben Than Market. Though I found it difficult to look for cheap souvenirs here.
  • The newest shopping mall in Saigon. Seems to be a bit of a trendy spot for the well to do locals to hang out at. Overpriced food and designer brands aplenty. The new Annam Gourmet Supermarket in the basement is worth a look for a good selection of western food items.
  • Items in Saigon Square are pretty much repetitive. Beware of fake goods if you are here for authentic stuff. Do check with the owners if the items are copy or original. Worth a go to take a look, but definitely not a shopping haven.
  • Mostly clothing on sale here. The quality of products vary from stall to stall. Head upstairs, towards the back to find some better deals. Generally found better prices available at Ben Thanh night market.
  • Clean. Well patrolled. No mopeds allowed on the square. No drones allowed. Ho Cho Minh statue on good condition. A lot of informational posters
