Dan Sinh Market, Ho Chi Minh City
(2.8/5 based on 40+ reviews on the web)
Flooded with Vietnam War memorabilia, Dan Sinh Market is a place many military buffs will find highly interesting. You can come across everything here, from combat boots, flak jackets, gas masks, camouflage clothing and identification tags to flashlights, binoculars, field stretchers and tents. Although most of the vendors will try to persuade you the things are authentic, don’t be surprised if some of them offer to make the war relic you desire. It’s because almost everything here is fake, so do make sure you haggle for a decent price. If not so much into collecting war memorabilia, you can find here some fine camping gear. Put Dan Sinh Market into our Ho Chi Minh City holiday planner and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

  • I hated all those stalls with the same stuff and they pull on you, you're not alone and you have really good on your stuff. You better buy your souvenirs at the post office there are 2 shops with everything for a reasonable price and browse

  • Impressiv offers for technical needs. Truly vietnamese, do not expect english skills.
  • Giá hơi cao
  • Cái gì cũng có
  • Has everything with reasonable price. Same type of chain, other places sold for 80k VND per meter and I bought one here with only 20k VND per meter. But the market doesn't open at night so try to visit here in the daytime.
  • A great market but you need the time. A bit hard to find but worth it. Go to the corner of Yersin and Nguyen Cong Tru St's, look for the corner shop selling canvas awning, etc and walk thru that shop and you are there. A great supply of x military clothing and equipment. All sort of bits and pieces. Well worth a visit.
