Bitexco Financial Tower - Saigon Skydeck, Ho Chi Minh City

Shaped like a lotus bud, Bitexco Financial Tower - Saigon Skydeck stands as the highest building in Vietnam that features the first observation deck in the city. American architect Carlos Zapata designed the 262 m (860 ft) tall skyscraper. By combining modern materials (steel and glass) with the distinctive shape resembling the national flower, he managed to harmonize the city's rapid economic development with its traditional roots. The observation deck with a bar on its 49th floor offers 360-degree views. The building also houses a shopping mall and a restaurant. • The view is really nice at the skydeck. A bit expensive to go in but you get a good view and picture of Saigon.  more »
  • The inevitable climb to 49° plane of 360° panoramic Sky Dek for Ho Chi Minh. Tickets cost 200 k ctv 7 euro ca. If you want you can climb up to the Sky Bar with other 50 k. Don't miss them but I recommend evening with the city of lights.

  • Stark tower, is worth a visit. Get up there just before sunset to see amazing views and lights. Heineken world for an extra 50,000 dong, gets you a bit higher. 3-6 beers in and they place you into a playstation Formula One simulator ," I do believe I'm over the limit, to effectively drive" ... All up it was much more fun then other sky/towers we have visited around the world. Note: Worth it! especially if your wife doesn't like beer 🍺😉...
  • Fairly high price (not compared to something you would pay in the US or Europe, but by Vietnam standards) to get on the observation deck. We opted to just go on the floor above with the restaurant and bar. View is still pretty good in there, hard to get pictures though. Food and drinks there are very pricey to make up for not having an entrance fee though.
  • At 200,000 for an entrance ticket to the observation deck, this is fairly high-priced. But the view of of the city from the deck is breathtaking. There are mounted binoculars along the deck of you want to have a closer look at things. As you enter, they take a photo of you and your group, and you have the option to buy a framed version of it at the top for USD 4 and 5 (for smaller and larger sizes respectively.)
  • Amazing view.. And we'll worth the money. Until you see the city from high up you don't really get an idea of the scale of HCMC. After dark the city is beautiful and lit up giving you a much better impression. For a small extra fee it's worth going through the world of Heineken on the upper floors
  • Went to the observation deck. This building reminded me of of the Stark tower from the avengers. Awesome views of the Ho Chi Min. You can see the entire city from there. The docents were very friendly and help me find places in the city I wanted to see. I was lucky enough to a great sunny day. I highly Recommend a visit.
