  • Take a taxi to the hotel Pasteur Street, 70000 Don was. Grocery store in the basement but not empty because it was the holidays, I was disappointed. Scallop Chinese and unpolished organizations become ingredients for Chinese food, such as stocking up on large amounts. Saw where to eat around the lot to be written is not open anything without really doing anything, I came back. Kakazu why people who are doing the trial sale of massage equipment for the time being, had sold it under this name. Taxi ride home, a large car park in front of or even a bad taxi so watch out.

  • The market is not very pretty. It is crowded with stores but not with people. We did not see other tourists there. Walkways are narrow. The stores selling the similar products are grouped together, so...  more »
  • There is nothing here most tourists would probably want. A lot of clothing. The British call it “old toss”. It was interesting to see families buy new clothing to start fresh for the Lunar New Year. T...  more »

  • Really liked the look of this place which we saw as a bit off the beaten path of what most tourists see. Saw a couple of things we liked, and vendors were all super rude and waved us away when we tried to barter (for example, offering 225k dong for 250k price for sandals). Just our experience, so hopefully yours will be different if you check it out or not try to barter down from what they offer I guess (though wouldn't recommend paying those prices). Cheers
  • Wholesale market for clothes, shoes, jewellery, bags etc. Locals apparently get their goods from here to sell them at smaller markets. Please note that if you are into this whole bargaining thing this is NOT the place for you unless you are buying in large quantities (at least ~5mil vnd). If you still can’t resist (to bargain), this visit can turn out to be very unpleasant for you and you will end up writing a one-sided review on the web... Now how cheap is it? You decide. Shops have pieces from forever21 which they sell for 200k-300k vnd a piece. I saw a top made from 60% silk 40% cotton from a chinese brand for 750k vnd and a handmade dress for 1.3mil vnd. A linen shirt which was offered for 350k vnd at ben thanh market (700k vnd if you are a tourist) can be bought for 200k if you can find it. How is the quality? Depends how you define the term. You can find clothes with logos from big and expensive brands if that’s your definition of quality. If it is the fabric and the processing, then you can definitely find good things in there but you need to look closely. Worth visiting if i don’t buy clothes? Yes, if you like seeing tons of small shops on 5 stories and how people spend the entire day unpacking clothes. Don’t expect to get your rich people treatment in here. Unless you look like someone who buys in large quantities, you are a waste of time for them.
  • It’s a pretty good market to be honest, a must go stop for tourist alike. It gets a little bit hot though, do drop by the centre with air conditioned just right beside it which seams to be like a wholesale centre.
  • An Dong market was and is a waste of time to visit. Who goes here?! The prices are ridiculous and the quality offered is worst of the worst! People are SUPER RUDE. It’s like they don’t want to sell you stuff here. It’s almost comical. Don’t waste your time here. I know Ben Thanh is super touristy but you will find better quality and more inexpensive pricing there.
  • Traditional market where you can find gold jewerly, sweets and dried fruits, dried fish and other sea creatures together on its lower ground floor. The price is more reasonable compared to Ben Than market.
