Nice park for a stroll although be careful when crossing the road to get to it. The park is dominated by an impressive statue of Lenin.  more »

Travelers who leave, attention, there is a mistake in the title and the thong nhat park and the lenin park photos is not the same thing! lenin park is a small place with the status of Lenin still point the thong nhat park is South (10-15 minutes of markets) this park is activities gym for residents of Hanoi (small mechanical machines at disposal) it's quite interesting to watch all these seniors to speak it is the place where sport classes do their exercises also. most southern bay mau Lake, it must be the strolling tour it is very nice the entrance to the Park is 4,000 VND or 20 cents... to do for two hours of relaxation

We love visiting here for a walk around the lake after work. In the evening there are loads of people exercise so you can join in. Or you can jog or just walk round the lake. There are plenty of places to stop for a drink. Something's there are markets in the park too.

one star for green space, -4 stars for so run down. took our kids to the playground and most of it was too broken to use. Shame they dont take more pride in a place with so much potential

Very nice park! Spacious, fresh, beautiful, hygenic, brimming with fun social activities! Lots of dogs and probably both old and young and of course, couples! Good for a cheerful walk or playing some simple sports or meeting people, if that's your thing. The entrance fee is cheap, it's got a nice parking lot for bikes, and even the drinks sold in the park are cheap. Fully recommended, 10/10.

Huge park with a lot of tree and space for children playing. You can also find a lot of people do the exercises every morning and evening. One great thing is it's free entrance.

Possibly the only "community benefits" project that survives to this day. Built from a muddy swarm, entirely with volunteer labour during the late 50s. Though a bit run down these days, it's still a clean open green space, and one of the few places in HN where you can escape the crowd (briefly, during certain morning hours).
