  • A little away from the city centre and on the East Lake, the place is pleasant and relaxing. We have a nice view over Hanoi and we can learn about the Taoist religion. The decorations of the different buildings are well-done and even bats which is quite rare.

  • Very beautiful temple where are many separate buildings inside. The place is popular by the people. There are two big impressive gates to enter and leave the temple. The atmosphere is is totally enjoyable and close to the water. There are beautiful trees hanging down in the lake. The views from from the temple are unbelievable nice.
  • This is a really good local temple and is very peaceful, great to see and have a look around the area and spend some time in peaceful reflection
  • The Tay Ho District or West Lake district is located north of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. It is a residential area where you can find some nice restaurants including the restaurant run by Bobby Chinn. At the Tay Ho District you can also find Hanoi Rock City, a great venue for independent live music.
  • This place is a wonderful place to relax at the weekend. People usually come here to wish for any best things to them and their familly. this place is near west lake, then you can stand near the lake, smell the flower and see the sunset on the lake. What a beautiful place.
  • This is one of the most frequent visited place of Hanoi citizens at the first day of the month (Lunar calendar) and New Year. They come to pray for happiness and luck for the future of themselves and their family. It has become the traditional activity for a lot of Hanoi families. The street lead to this place is very small therefore it often gets packed and traffic jam when people come over at the beginning of the month. Pick-pocket is pretty active in here so be aware!
