  • We came across monkeys and peacocks in cages. The monkeys' one smelt terrible and all animals are in unacceptable conditions. Let these animals live good lives and my review score will change. It shouldn't be called a botanical gardens - a park would be better suited. We were approached by a lady requesting 2000 dong and as we asked her why and said we just wanted to walk around she huffed and let us in anyway - only now do I see it was an actual entrance fee... oops. The area is quite nice, with lots of trees, benches, sculptures and some little lakes. There are some little bushes shaped like animals too which is cool. People have a kick about or do some jogging. It's a nice getaway from the noise, just a shame about the animal cruelty.
  • Truly a botanical garden as there is not so much animal in it. Best place to visit from spring to autumn. Not so great in the middle of the storm or winter because of all the giant trees providing all the oxygen and shades
  • stunning landscape of a so called botanic garden. The old trees have been trough out many years of Hanoi generations. A ideal place for walking, running and dream on lawn. Doing exercise or taichi, badminton outdoor are daily took place.
  • It was nice to be able to walk with space to move. There was lots to see. I felt sorry for the monkeys. They had very little to do in their cage. I felt sorry for all the caged animals really because they had nothing to do. Cost 2000 dong to enter.
  • Just quiet park to relax. Some restrooms are around but not available, main restroom is not clean. 2000 vnd entrance fee, acceptable. This place is suitable for walking with your kids.
