Water Body
Watch water pour over series of slabs of rock and dip yourself at Da Ban Stream, a tiny waterfall and a popular picnicking spot. Originating from the Ham Ninh mountain range, the stream abounds with life and you can observe small fish, lizards, frogs and snakes. Enjoy the scent of wild orchids, ginseng, and myrtle and look for mushrooms. Cross a scenic wooden footbridge and a suspension bridge take a hike until you find a rock pool deep enough to dip yourself and relax. Stone slabs provide perfect table for a picnic but you need to bring a mosquito repellant. • We came on a motorcycle. Not unpleasant access by a track, you can really see the lives of locals. At the place there is no water, but we knew. However the place is rather a trash can as a place to walk. In times of drought, useless to make the detour is paying.

  • Jungle for real. Take you farther into the jungle through the water and there's less populated. Avoid the weekends when there are lots of Vietnamese families bathe, eat and skrålar.

  • The Ballad is nice, but no fall season dry, more the place reveals all the garbage left by visitors... Too bad the landscape has charm!
