  • It gets you the overview and basic history of Phu Quoc. It's still under development and many things should be improved.
  • This museum is opposite to my hotel so visiting this place was the first idea when I came to Phu Quoc. But it looks great from the outside but too poor inside with too many artifacts and historic hist...  more »
  • The Museum Bao Tang, located along Long Beach, on the tourist road of the hotels and historical resorts of Duong Dong is located. It has a monumental brick of a 5-storey building. Are presented, without real red wire, the collections of ceramics, of everyday objects recovered on the wrecks, or in the excavations, some pre-historic and fossil objects, collections of minerals and plants. Some items are truly newsworthy, but it lacks an overall coherence, some sporadic explanations are given in Vietnamese, and museography is winded. Too many objects, too disparate the difficult visit, too bad. Visit to an informed public, particularly to lovers of ancient ceramics. The price is low (12 000 vnd approximately 5 euros).

  • This is a family owned operation. A very clever family with artistic visions by proof of what they have built for cabana like accommodations, as well as a museum and, even a temple. The crowning glory, which I loved, is the well maintained grand swimming pool. A pool finer than any of the resorts offer for far less money. A great bang for the buck! Use google earth's satellite view, if you doubt this. Enjoy
