  • This set several buildings belonged to the Hmong Chi Vuong King Duke (1865-1947) and his son Chi Sen and his family. You can see the rooms of his 3 wives, his office, dining rooms. Fr. Chi Duke made a fortune through culture and the opium trade. In 1913, he made an alliance with the French and built his "Palace" between 1919 and 1928. He was even appointed General of the French army. The Vietnamese people are revolting against the french, he was forced to adopt neutrality. And his son will support Ho Chi Minh in 1944. Visit a market day which takes place every 5 days.

  • A palace which has been very beautiful but who is left somewhat adrift. Inutlile to km to get there but it is interesting to stop there if you go to Dong Van. It is important, as all the monuments have an explanation on the origins.
