  • What a waste of time, with 4 people in the morning to 5 a boat plus the driver for 650,000 Dong hired, a 6 h tour, all of these private participation tours you have paid for the same program, no matter how much. After approx. 2 h drive (the first floating Marktet totally a reinfall) Finally, market to the famous "authentic" Phong Dien arrived. Coincidentally, in the 15 minutes there, we were the only Touriboot, in addition to about 10 boats of traders. We are middle hit, a couple of overpriced bananas purchased, photos taken and that was it. By brisk trade, price negotiations, etc. no trace. Hardly, we found ourselves on the return journey, came and within a few minutes about 1 dozen boats with tourists. What's else on the tour, a ride through side channels, was quite nice. There have a stop for late breakfast at a restaurant, but almost suspended all tourist boats, was something which built only for tourists. Then a visit to a rice noodle factory, was not too exciting. Otherwise there were to see much trash on the water, on the shore, residents who dumped their waste into the River, scare how a country deals with its environment. OK, the tour now has approximately 7 per person $ cost for it, it was quite nice, but we have promised us more of it.
