  • Room for 2 FL. in a separate Al 2. the House. The room was dirty, trash, forgotten cigarette packs and jars, black hair and dirty bathroom. In the room "forgot" to put the target water bottle. Passport was seized on arrival. When the eviction we descended on the 1st floor-showed alcohol in keys. She took the keys, and sent us to the reception. Cleaning fussing and one threw the other keys on the 2 floor. Ta caught them and ran to the second floor. She has no number keys are not request too. We went to the reception desk, gave the keys were asked to write us out of the hotel-she phoned and said that the cleaning lady said about the disappearance of blankets. We rebelled, demanded to call the police in the presence of which the hotel staff we show our stuff. I offered to talk with the cleaner together. But they refused. We are not the first day in Asia, took the phone and began to shoot. At the sight of a camera staff going and started saying that this randomness, etc. I insisted that the Manager approached our things-opened backpacks and revealed the contents-naturally had no blankets. Photo of the "incident" is attached. Us Passport returned, the scheme failed. Overall I am pleased with the hotel, excellent restaurant, breakfast included, for dinner we also delicious eaten somewhere on 1 million VND. It is a pity that impression spoil such negligent staff so badly "wrong" strongly recommend check and check-out in the presence of staff and enabled camera.

  • Tried the mud bath, I would say I enjoyed it. First we soaked in the hotspring (a stone tub and they switched on a tap where natural hotspring water will run into the tub), then we put on the mud (prepackaged) at the tub area before washing up. It is quite costly for local but it was pretty interesting experience!
  • The stuff is not very helpful (with a few exceptions though), the food is not that good, nearly 50% of the equipment requires an upgrade (for many years I suppose..). Having said that, bathes and pools are nice, accommodation is acceptable, beds are clean, nature is nice. Alligators are also nice:)
  • Dirty pools. No diet soda. Water stops half way through shower. No cool pool clean enough to use. Whole place is in serious need of upgrading . Could have been great if they maintained it and tried some decent customer service. Damp smell in room. Transfer is a con. They will get you there for $10 but say only a private transport available for way back at $85. You are way out in the sticks. It was pretty empty which doesn't surprise me.... Don't even bother trying....
  • Oct.25 / 2009. We didn't intend to stay here but after getting caught in a down pore of a rain storm, wet cold and hungry.Yes we stayed here that or more riding in the rain.We didn't eat here as the restaurant wasn't open. This made the stay difficult.
  • Hotel service is very bad, air conditioner is very loud, I can not sleep although the room is very expensive. I'm very disappointed with this place. Not recommend to anyone.
