    It is located in the avenida 4 between calle 22 and 23 in the center of the city of Merida, is ideal for families and hear mass if they have the opportunity, the architecture is spectacular and peaceful. Don't forget to come.

    Minor Basilica of our Lady of the Immaculate Conception and Cathedral Andean Region, 1803 tinsel on finishes inside its dome is beautiful, those Interior arches and columns look much many stained-glass windows and a beautiful Holy child of Atocha Frente a Plaza Bolivar a chorus very particular and different from all known eh very nice details of ceilings fresh that they make it look very beautiful and bright the body and Christ full of miniatures of people embracing it is also striking, I glad to see a small chapel or space of the image of the Virgin of Guadalupe prayer if they travel to Venezuela and especially the Andes, a ride to know and appreciate the Cathedral of Mérida

    With 400 years of history, the Cathedral minor basilica of Mérida "Inmaculada Concepción" is one of the most visited by the vacationers. ... Taking into account its historical significance, this Cathedral was elevated to basilica minor in 1991 by Pope Juan Pablo II. Be sure to visit it.
