La Playa El Agua, Margarita Island

3.9
#2 of 31 in Outdoors in Margarita Island
Walk on the gold sand of La Playa El Agua, or recline on a deck chair at one of many restaurants sheltered by huge palm trees. The 4 km (2.5 mi) long strand of sand, lined with bars, restaurants, and shops, remains the most popular resort on Margarita Island, favored by locals and tourists alike. Watch the local anglers or cool off with a freshly squeezed juice or coconut milk. If you wish to take a dip, note that the seabed is quite uneven and jagged in this area, where many undercurrents can interfere with your swimming. • Playa El Agua a very Long Beach, very nice white with a crystalline sea but a little rough, maybe really one of the most beautiful beaches, very busy on holidays, really deserves even if it is not deserted.....

  • It is a beach that is removed from the center, however it is usually frequented on weekends. It is only during the week, it is recommended to be accompanied by security.

  • Vented waters are very clean and crystalline, with white sand. At the beginning of the year the Aquas are a bit cold, but in the middle of the year they are excellent. Hesperia provides awnings and chairs, with a waiter on the beach that meets your needs of liquid inputs, all inclusive. Excellent attention on the beach, do not stop to try the cold coconut water.

  • It is beautiful
  • A beautiful beach that has some incipient infrastructure to cater to the public. It could become one of the best beaches in the. World in the right hands. Respect the indications of the guard lives because it can become dangerous for the swimmer unprepared.

  • Excellent beach, I always liked. It has hotels, restaurants and empanada sales stalls

  • It's still the best and busiest on the island. Very familiar. Even though the services have shrunk a lot.
