  • The House of the capitulation, also known as the House of Morales, located next to the Palace of the Eagles, Governor of Zulia State, facing the Plaza de Bolivar, is very little visited, partly because of criminal histories there occurred. Among others, the mysterious death of a Colombian Lady of surname gentleman, very well connected within the social elite of the time, by their activities related to the design and trade of women's fashion. This comment intimidates some tourists to visit the House of the capitulation. For other visitors, it has great appeal for the valuable work of Ana María Campos.
