Playa Caribe, Juan Griego
Categories: Beaches, Nature & Parks, Outdoor Activities
Spend some time on Playa Caribe, a scenic white-sand beach on Venezuela's Margarita Island. Lounge on the sand, away from the crowds of other beaches on the island, and swim in the clear blue water with small to moderate waves. Bars and restaurants line the shore, so you can wander the sandy coastline and choose where to relax with refreshing cocktails or delicious seafood. Soak up some sun, have a picnic, or purchase snacks and fresh ceviche from the polite vendors roaming the beach. Make Playa Caribe a centerpiece of your Margarita Island vacation itinerary, and find what else is worth visiting using our Margarita Island trip itinerary builder.

Is a beach away from Porlamar and, therefore, often unknown by many, including people of the region. Now with the "fall" from El water (see my post), I think the Caribbean Beach will become better known, perhaps the most famous too! Let's get down to brass tacks: the structure of tents is good and meets the needs ... Recommend the tent El Cuco that has comfortable loungers and sunshades and the attendant (Oscar) is very friendly and helpful. Because it is a small beach in secluded extension, it does not have many choices of tents (as mentioned in some previous comments), but what I don't belittle anything the site ... On the contrary, thanks to be small and isolated, she is quieter than the other beach and has few peddlers who are selling things, which makes it the most pleasant beach ... The beach itself. It is super clean, no Sargasso Sea. And attention to two things in particular: first, the waves that are quite large, sometimes violent and breaking a lot on the beach. What can be dangerous to children and even adults. But for those who like to take some broth from the sea, this is heaven. A tip is to use a blouse for protection. Second, beware of isolated stones in the bottom of the sea. The greater part of the beach is sandy and without risks, but there are a few blots on background you might end up kicking and getting hurt. So, be careful ... As for food and drink: Perfect! We ordered a Ceviche of Snapper and lobster entrance and main dishes. All sensational ... The drinks: special attention to strawberry juice and, especially, the "swollen head", which in this case, is not the sweet that we're used to in Brazil, but yes to a drink made of coconut water. For me ... The best beach in Margarita! Recommend strong!show original
