  • I found a place of easy access, 6 km from the motorway exit, after passing Guanare. It is a perfect place to meet with the Virgin and religion! It is a majestic Cathedral, which is to be visited by all Venezuelans, before even that go to Fatima, Zipakira or other places of pilgrimage!. It has spectacular gardens, which touched me to see careless, but I suppose that by the country situation, which does not give more..., there were many kids calling to tell you the story of the Coromoto Indian and many needs of food and clothing; However, upon entering the Cathedral, you run out of breath!. It is a reflection of the able we are to works such as the bridge over the Lake, Teresa Carreño, or the towers of Central Park. It is a place that we visit, remember and promote, I loved to visit him, I'll be back whenever you can!

  • Is a monument to spiritual peace, you enter and you embriagas of tranquility, it is impressive to see a temple in a village where there is almost nothing to do, and suddenly you arrive to that formidable construction, it is true that there are things that are not well maintained (the kneelers some are broken), the portable toilets are not very clean, but all that happens when you savour you in faith and shivers you every part of your body in that immensity stained glass windows and spaces.

  • If they pass through Guanare don't forget to visit this shrine, it is a little secluded but worth it. Here was the Pope Juan Pablo II in 1996 inaugurated the sanctuary with a mass.
