Playa Medina, Cumana
(4.4/5 based on 85+ reviews on the web)
Step onto the tropical beach paradise of Playa Medina, an area with golden sandy beaches, crystal clear azure waters, and a lush forest of coconut trees nearby. Relatively untouched, this beach boasts a palette of deep greens, pinks, and blues. The coconut trees offer abundant shade, so all you need to bring is a book and a towel. Pick up some souvenirs from the many locals selling handicrafts, and stop by one of the restaurants serving fresh seafood. Put Playa Medina at the forefront of your travel plans using our Cumana vacation route planner.

  • It is a paradise, with calm waters, beautiful and so much scenery towards North and the beach very well kept inside. The only bad thing people who care the place not you have lowered truck when they are already charging you parking, same goes with awnings, service tourists got lost them. 17-09-2016

  • We visited the beach and is very well maintained. There are bags of garbage and people are pending to maintain the beach without garbage. the very rich food we ask all by that we were a large group, but expensive. It should carry cash that vendors do not have point of sale. parking cars are guarded and that gave us a great tranquility and enjoyed quiet beach

  • medina located in Sucre Venezuela State Beach is a paradise out of season, and a chosas that can be rented for a good evening family or as a couple, very friendly people, but looking for an experiensia more quiet as a camp you can shoot 10 min more and find one beach called popuy there you can make your camp and if you want a posada there same you can find it.
