  • This is a must-see for locals and foreigners. The tomb of the liberator, you can meet in the building that now occupies a new space whose view is impressive. Additionally, there are other characters in our history. The funerary monuments that inside are all beautiful. An encounter with the history of close and entertaining way. Highly recommended

  • In this ancient Pantheon, visitors can admire the Tomb lies the the liberator of America and Venezuela. SIMÓN BOLÍVAR. Also made to see the different important figures and not so important (different professions) that have marked history in this land.

  • Meet the national pantheon at least once in life, is something that I consider necessary in a Venezuelan, to know where lie the remains of our citizens more illustrious is a unique experience.

  • I've never been here, I'm just doing a project for school. It seems pretty cool, with all those dead bodies and all. Overall, if I were to ever go here, I think i would have a decent time.
  • A beautiful place tourist and historic of Venezuela, always maintained and guarded. It is recommended to assist in hours of changing of the guard of honor. Place of free access.

Where to stay in Caracas

Safety is the number one priority when choosing an area to stay in Caracas. The city has many no-go zones, although accommodations are typically located in safer areas. Nevertheless, it's worth asking your hotel receptionist for advice before you go out on your own. Caracas offers a range of mid-range and luxury hotels at surprisingly high prices, with few budget hostels available. The areas around Bulevar Sabana Grande and farther east are generally considered the safest options of foreign travelers.
