Museo de los Ninos (Children's Museum), Caracas
(3.4/5 based on 180+ reviews on the web)
Dedicated to teaching young visitors about the importance of science, Museo de los Ninos (Children's Museum) was founded by Alicia Pietri de Caldera, former first lady of Venezuela. The museum features a large section about space, as well as five stories of interactive exhibits on science, technology, culture, and the arts. These sections contain hands-on exhibits allowing children to learn by doing, perhaps the best way to introduce budding scientists to new fields of study. • Truth is that neither the intention nor the Museum currently has a deplorable conditions, there are things that do not serve. Really I didn't like when my son. 10 years ago it was an excellent museum.

  • I went to this Museum when I was kid and found me memorable. I went to take my daughter and my mother in law for 70 years and is still spectacular, despite the deplorable economic situation of the country. I have taken my daughter to several museums in Latin America and USA, and modesty aside, that of Venezuela is still the best. At the time they did, they bought the best of the best of everything, and even today in day, is preserved. So I recommend 100% for national and foreign. Warn you that not you can enjoy it really all in 1 day, but there are people who do. It's like eating enjoying what you eat as opposed to "swallow" what you eat because you don't have time. After that I took my mother invited my daughter 2 times more and stay there all day.

  • It's a museum made for kids... with very interesting thinks. It's an option to know and have a good time.
  • Every single attraction was closed. We couldn't enjoy so much..
  • Very good Museum for children, although they should modernize it

  • Each Venezuelan child should visit this Museum, it is very educational, unique in the country, but should strive to improve the exhibitions and attractions, it has much potential.
