Situated within the Central University complex, the 70 hectare (173000 acre) garden was founded in 1958 by a Venezuelan horticulturist. Explore the lush green area in the heart of the city to see thousands of both native and plants from other parts of the world. The park houses over 4000 species of palm trees, many exotic trees and plants, an extensive art collection, and a large chunk of preserved indigenous forest.   • If you want to visit a plant area in Caracas, visit the Botanical Garden, a wide expanse of flora; ideal for engaging in outdoor activities, such as yoga; hikes, runs the site and at the end made a picnic

  • A garden devised to give us a sample of the flora that can find in some regions of the country. However, they need to invest in maintenance and adequacy of its spaces, some areas look neglected

  • It is a very beautiful place but unfortunately it is abandoned and almost nothing works we relamemos and it is a sad fact, but is also the issue of security is very dangerous
