Angel Falls, Canaima National Park

4.8/5 based on 550+ reviews on the web
The highest waterfall in the world, Angel Falls is a must-see for anyone in the area. The water cascades nearly 979 m (3,211 ft), with 807 m (2,647 ft) of free-falling water. Located in Canaima National Park, the falls are tucked away in a remote area of the park, reached by a long hike. Because of the remote nature of the falls, consider booking a tour, which will arrange your transportation to the park, including a boat crossing and overnight stay, so you only need to concentrate on the long trek. • Absolutely beautiful. Very remote. Disconnected. Wonderful experience. Did the flight over the falls which was amazing. The Canaima Lake was also a great spot to relax.
