Although the entrance was expensive(15$, official currency exchange available) , the views were very good since there arent any high buildings in tashkent. The price of the rotating restaurant was affordable, and had very polite and kind people. Really loved the place and I recommend to any who are coming to tashkent. Bty, photography is forbidden in the tower. You'll submit all your belongings and passport.
