  • This is a really small town in the Rocha department, near to cabo polonio.... it has just a few blocks and a craftfair almost in the middle of the town, people juggling in the "plaza" and very nice at...  more »
  • Unfortunately it remained when watching, since it's matter of luck out of season, whether you manage to wander over the dunes. By Valizas from you must be placed over the Arroyo de Valizas - a small river -. There are however no regular transport, but locals who take one over against a small amount. I had bad luck because nobody agreed to do so, while a tourist was transported on the afternoon of the same day. Out of season it's not worth for the locals due to the few tourists, to concentrate on this "business".
