  • Several options. Clothing, electronics, alcoholic beverages and food. There are also some nice restaurants (most of them overpriced). The movie theatre there'd be a 2 star one. They only show movies dubbed to a terrible spanish/portuguese.
  • Small but nice food plaza : one burger king(overpriced), one ice cream shop(very good quality but expensive), one pizza place( good), one restaurant. Recently opened an indoors playground for kids, very convenient especially on rainy days. However the only way to access it is if you buy sth. At burger King or the ice cream shop, so you're "coerced" into buying junk food.' Ta Ta' supermarket is open 365 days a year, even on public holidays like Christmas, new year and Labour day. Opening hours 8 a.m to 10 p. m. The cinema: overpriced but it's the only one in both towns. Tends to favor dubbed movies (in Spanish and Portuguese) over Subtitled ones. Some movies don't even have the subtitled alternative (bad). From October to late February, the time of the sessions becomes a bit of a problem as Brazil forwards the clock one hour to save energy whereas Uruguay doesn't. Most of the cinema goers are Brazilians so, according according to their time some movies start at 11:15 p. m. The drug store : small but OK, reasonably priced, always open. The recently opened binational immigration center for tourists to check in and out of Uruguay /Brazil : great idea, good location. The exercise corner at the end of the parking lot : neat though hardly anyone uses it.
  • Great place, with a good variety of products, good attending and clean ambient. Nice restaurants nearby.
  • Great duty free shop in the border town of Rivera.
  • Nice place to buy imports
