If you seek pristine beaches and good surfing conditions, head to Playa Brava, one of Punta de Este's finest shoreline attractions. Stretching several miles long, this beach boasts sand, waves, and visitor amenities. If you tire of sun bathing or water sports, head to this attraction's bar for a drink with the locals. During your time here, check out the nearby sculpture Los Dedos Playa Brava, which looks like a giant hand rising from the sand. • This is the ocean side of the PdE peninsula, and so the waves tend to be bigger more frequently, since it is actually the open ocean (unlike the "mansa" side). It's still a largely undeveloped area.

  • Beautiful beach, not many people around, good spots for parking. Not that good for swimming IMO, though.
  • Lovely ,sandy beach to enjoy waves .
  • Wide open beach close to the city, easy parking.
  • Great beach. Coming back again this year.
  • Moon that looks like a sun, a spectacle that nature gave us today.
