  • Bodega located near punta, with little structure, and a small amount of wines to taste. The high point of visitation is the friendliness of the owner who with much patience explained how works the bodega. Price a little steep for what it offers. 35 dollars per person is too. The quality of the wines is good but has best wines in Uruguay.

  • Paula welcomed us in a lovely afternoon in Punta Ballena. The visit runs from traditional boring tour a winery. Is an intimate experience, where we met in a very nice conversation about the history of this Winery and about its wines. We walked around in the terroir, where we heard even more details about the care, techniques and quality of wines of the Alto de La Ballena. At the end, tasting, in a rustic deck, with an incredible view of the alto de la Ballena, Laguna del Sauce and planting. I highly recommend!
