  • Without doubt one of the most beautiful museums. Tells the story of education in Uruguay. Worth the ride and there is no cost of entry. In summer stays open till 1:00 pm.

  • You transported to as it was the education at the beginning of the last century. You can see a complete classroom with benches and pizzarrones of the time. As well as goods which belonged to J. Pedro Varela

  • I know Museum Padagogico from child and continues to be one of the institutions with more information on José Pedro Varela, as well as an excellent sample graphics and matter of the Uruguayan past educational institutions

  • Beautiful

  • Small, shows the evolution of quality pedagogical process in Uruguay. The dolls that replicate the humiliation to the students, the stained glass Windows and, above all, interactivity (write in braille!), show that, even without hi-tech technology, it is entirely possible to promote the participation of visitors!
