  • I really enjoyed the Museum especially for the kind attention of the officials, one of whom took the hassle of explain each of the exhibitions of the second floor of the place being a Figari 2016 award winning contemporary artist works. The Museum is near the square matrix by what is in an of the areas more tourist of Montevideo. Is well organized with an exhibition of various pictures of Figari, as well as of works written by the author. It is a bright and warm place where travel becomes dynamic. Personally, the work of Figari is not my favorite is how to paint but I emphasize that I know works that was unaware of this important artist for our country.

  • It is a small site that has a permanent exhibition and a temporary but nothing attractive. You should go if you go there, but you don't have anything worth much worth see

  • Figari was a large early 20th century. Input principles... Lawyer, colorado, driving political of the teaching of the school of Arts and crafts. Leaves a work humanly very important, along with painting, his passion. The Museum collects great moments of its plastic and reflects different contributions that Figari did to society. You can find online some of the books he wrote about art and teaching of the arts.
