#2 of 12 in Parks in Montevideo
The city's largest public park, El Prado serves as a quiet green space and gathering place away from the bustle of the capital. Spread out over 106 hectares (262 acres), the park plays home to more than 1,000 species of plants, several gardens, and a range of pergolas, monuments, statues, and other landmarks. • Great place to eat some beef
  • No foods are expensive and the environment is not bad, but only accept Visa payments and still in debt. There is no indication that do not accept any other card or informing this restriction. A shame that a place like this is so bad only for this problem. You're a tourist, don't come here.

Where to stay in Montevideo

Montevideo's central neighborhoods offer plenty of hostels for budget-minded travelers, as well as a good selection of mid-range hotels for visitors looking for a bit more space and privacy. Luxury rooms are harder to come by, especially if you arrive without a reservation. If you want to indulge your every desire, your best bet is the waterfront area, where you can find four- and five-star hotels offering all the modern amenities you need, including complimentary bicycles and car rental services.
