  • 18 July Avenue is the main centre of Montevideo. The Avenue cuts several squares and commercial shops, restaurants, bars, snack bars (MacDonalds, Burger King), exchange houses etc. The Commissariat building (City Hall) is also on this Avenue and on game day the selection of Uruguay the Avenue is closed and a screen shows the game for the fans, for free.

  • The main avenue of the city. It's fascinating! A fabulous contrast old buildings perfectly integrated with the new style of modern buildings. Just a walk to enjoy the details of contrived constructions and sophisticated age of 1800. Simply beautiful!

  • Many buildings and shops are lined up, but Montevideo central street without the unthinkable. If you walk down this street is not as refined never means "walking city".
