  • If there is something unusual in Uruguay is climbing a hill, country not flat but wavy but without reliefs of consideration. That Hill is the second more high of the country (501 meters), but from the Summit is enjoys a beautiful view of the wide gulf that from Montevideo comes until tip of the this, with in the half them others spas of the area. It is easily reachable by the path that goes down hill. The wild ride is very nice and will take more than one hour with children get up. Not to be missed.

  • The place is completely wild conditions. Is good that is keep natural and without large infrastructure, however could have bathrooms to the entry and simple posters indicating to where direct those roads. They are small things that would bring greater benefit to the promenade. Lady of the entrance explains in a frank way and bluntly that this is private property and should not do certain things (that look like simple) but many people then fails, as for example, do not dispose of garbage, etc. In short is an interesting place to meet and go at least once. The main attraction are the wells that form after the rains, we were in January and Lady explained to us that they were half full due to recent rains.

  • We were two families with children 8 to 12 years. At the entrance we received an interesting explanatory, very pleasant talk about the place. Calculate no less than three hours for the ride's back and forth. It has no great difficulties, but it is a long and steep walk of an hour and a half until the end.

  • Great place, once at the top you can see a view of the entire area. Proper footwear is recommended and it is obligatory to carry 1 liter and 1/2 of water. Takes an hour and half to climb on foot, the entrance leaves 100 Uruguayan pesos.

  • Super recommended to... sale $50 entry (is private) you should go with time because it takes time climbing the mountains, have to remember to take bottled water and fruit (are requirements of the place to upload). If there are announcements of storm or rain do not upload! I did and I had to get off in the middle of the road! :( In the Highlands there is another road that leads to the blue wells, I also recommend!
