  • Best museum of natural history about the sea. Totally natural and very well spaced out in different buildings. And a lot of fun included
  • Amazing place to know a little bit more about sea and its animals, but also the history of Punta del Este. Fun for adults and kids.
  • A must see if you love abit of oceanaligical natural history and a great pirate display
  • Our expectations were high for this place. When we got there, though, we learned that what they do there was far beyond what we even thought was possible. The collection of sea relics they have there is astonishing. There is also an insectary, which is impressive. Other than that, the staff is very kind and the dogs that warmly welcomed us upon our arrival made the experience even more especial. I strong recommend paying the museum a visit.
  • Crammed full of stuff to see. An impressive collection of whale skeletons. Can't pay on card though so make sure you have cash or you're stuck. Nearest cash point in half an hour walk away.
