  • Cabo Polonio is a natural reserve so there just entering vehicles. If you arrive by car, in the parking lot that is only charged if you stay more than 1 hour (visit the reservation will take more than that, for sure). The truck trip to the small town of Lighthouse takes about 30 minutes. The village is alternative but with good options to eat. Don't expect a fine restaurant but the food was good. The view to the resting place of sea lions is the coolest. Is well below the lighthouse. There are areas with beautiful beaches. Cabo Polonio was one of the tours that we like in Uruguay.

  • The Lighthouse of Cabo Polonio is beautiful, well cared for and the region looks like a film scenario. But when I was in town, the same was closed for internal maintenance, so I couldn't admire the view it provides. For me, the real show is behind the lighthouse: the sea lions!

  • This Lighthouse is beautiful, dominates the landscape of Cabo Polonio. And at night, your light is impressive.
