  • The owners are Paul and Mariana. Paul is a winemaker with much wine in the blood (is the grandson of Angel Fallabrino). Mariana his wife, among other tasks, deals with the tourist promotion of the vineyard. The winery has an auspicious present and a promising future, in hard but steady construction. I met the vineyard by tasting dinners that Mariana organizes regularly. Is a pleasure tour the vineyard and the facilities of the winery and enjoy of the passion of both by what make. Meals to those who went had a guest chef and filled my expectations, more than with the advertised cumpiendo. The wines are excellent, from range top. His specialty is in the courts, which I can recommend: targets the young and enjoyable Estival and mature and accomplished Blanc Bianco; the red wines the Eolo Gran Reserva (preferably harvests from 2011 to 2013). The catharsis not rocks stand out, for my taste. In varietals have a Tannat very particular, with a minimum touch of wood, and a Ripasso de Tannat that is exceptional, a wonder of sensations for enjoy. You can also go to know the place and buy wine, but they would have to check opening hours. I know that they have a website and safely be on facebook. If will not forget to bring a bottle of Alcyone, a fortified wine of Tannat, which is a remarkable dessert wine.
