We went for a dinner on a weekend, but it would be a wonderful place to explore during the daylight hours! Beautiful location and the barn housing the restaurant is from 1860s which was moved to the s... more »
Food was great and the atmosphere and service were as well. Lots of unique takes on traditional breakfast/brunch food as well as the items that you'd expect. more »
Don't let the cozy setting fool you, the menu is sophisticated with a creative blend of ingredients. The Rosemary butter is alone worth the trip. All four courses impressed. more »
My family went to The Loft at Traders Point Creamery on Sunday for brunch. We were all very impressed with the farm and the quality of the food. You can definitely tell that the ingredients are quality, fresh, and organic. The restaurant is small, so I suggest making reservations regardless of the time of day. I had the Corn Beef Hash. It was very flavorful and filling. Others had the brisket eggs benedict which was a huge hit. My mom had an omelet which was large and fluffy. We finished with a scoop of ice cream, which we all devoured. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. We also took home some of their cheeses. You really can't go wrong here. Take the time a walk the grounds a bit. It is truly a wonderful place!
I will give it 5 stars simply for the awesomely delicious chocolate milk. Well and it's a neat place to visit, brought my 2 year old here, he loved it. He saw some cows that made his day. It is simply awesome that a place like this exists. It's a small operation, but it's fun to see it.
The food here is so delicious. It's a quaint farm to table restaurant that is actually located on a farm. Everything you order comes out so fresh and delicious. You must try the ice cream it's amazing! You can't miss on this menu everything will leave you happy. Every time we have come here we have received top notch customer service. Yeah the prices are higher than maybe you'd want to pay for lunch but once you experience the food and customer service you'll understand why. Never change Trader Point Creamery, never change!
I love the farm feel the restaurant gave! Even though the menu was small, (which I understand, but maybe 1 or 2 more items helps) it was worth the money. I'm an Illinois resident, and don't come to Indy often, but when I do, I'd always recommend this place to anyone. The ice cream is to kill for, and the cheese and meat platter is SO good! Another thing was the server was very professional and fast, but the place was crowded and it took a while to serve our party of 5. The only downsides I have are that it's a bit pricey, the menu is a bit small, and the store below the restaurant was small as well. But the quality of food was well worth it! Good job Trader's Point!
Got there for a late lunch, the waitress was nice but slow, we watched her serve the two tables that were seated after, before us. It was slowing down before they closed but be prepared for a leisurely lunch, because we were on a trip and it took a bit long for two hamburgers. The meat was hot, but overcooked (we ordered medium and got well done and they were dry). Dairy products there are quality but priced that way (I'd had their yogurt before) and we wanted to try the ice cream but the meal took too long. Guess it's not good for anyone in a hurry.
